New Member!

Hello Everyone!

I am a new member to the forum. I purchased my sweet Timneh Gray in October 2007. I also have a Black Headed Caique that took my heart in Dec. 2006. My Caique is great and we love him very much. They are know to be the "clowns" in the bird world and believe me they are. He has had us laughing so hard our stomachs hurt. Then there is Echo our Grey. I cant' put into words how this little guy holds the strings to my heart. He is like having a little man in grey feathers love you and show you just how much you mean to him. I never imaged that a bird could do that. I can certaining understand why Greys rule and it isn't just their talking ability its the way they effect your heart.

I am so happy that I have found this website. For the short time I have been a member I can already see there are some great people here.

Thanks to all that have helped me and thank you in advance for the help I know that I will need in the future. I have a lot to learn.

Hello Mary and welcome to the family, so glad you decided to join us and we look forward to hearing more about you and Echo.

 

We all feel the same way about our greys, they are very special birds and only people who are owned by them can understand that feeling, that bond we share with our greys.

 

Please read thru the many threads for lots of useful information and do not hesitate to ask questions you may have and we will do our best to get you some answers and help you in any way we can.

 

If you have some pictures of Echo you would like to share with us we would love to see him.
