Some of you have said that your greys make up phrases and words. Dusty cracked me up this morning. I was in the laundry room and she usually says" hey, what are you doing?" when she can`t see me. This time she said " hey you, que pasar, right now!" She is such a goof. Que pasar is her very favorite thing to say at the moment and she must just be using it as much as she can.

knows "quickly" means right now. He put the phrase together last year completely out of the blue. I was in the next room and he kept shouting for "something nice". I called back a couple of times "in a minute" as I was busy. All of a sudden he calls out in a demanding voice "sumfing nice, *quickly". Cheeky devil lol.

I went through the house one morning not long ago to wake our dogs and take them outside. One of them had a *bad* case of gas! I said, to no one in particular, `Who f*rted?` Merlin, our CAG, said `Ali Bird!` Ali, our B&G, said loudly, `Uh-uh!`

I got a really good laugh out of this little `conversation.`

My bird recently merged "snack" and "apple" to form the unfortunate word "snapple". She now sounds like a product endorsement! If she enunciated the word better, I might actually contact the makers of Snapple and see if they desired a mascot! And of course, charge them a significant fee...:)

One of Oscar`s favorites is "What a good boy..." He also likes to say "Brat!" over and over again. Lately he has also been saying "What a good brat!!"

Bey loves his almonds and always tells me "Want a nut!" (He doesn`t ask, he demands - lol!) The other day I grabbed 2 almonds out of the can and rather than throw one back, I tossed them both into his seed bowl. Ever since then he says "Want a nut nut!" owly

yeah, but be careful with these cag experiments, i read somewhere that they can count to 7. if you get the number he asks for wrong he will know and be very upset! LATER, TIKA

oh, now that`s a way of looking at it that i never thought of! could you imagine him knowing the difference in the use of terms?! how about it, owly? LATER, TIKA

That actually could be, since sometimes he asks for a nut and I don`t want to give him one and I say, "Beybird IS a nut!" Oldmolly may be on to something there :). owly
