Ok I was reading on birdchannel today and somebody said you can sex a grey by tail feathers...here is the statement she made: As to sexing Grays, look at the tail undercoverts, if they have the smallest edge of grey at the tip of the red feathers, it's a female but if the feathers are red all the way to the very tip, it's a male. Now Ive never heard this, so I thought it would be neat to get your views on this. If you have a Dna's grey could you please check their tail feathers and see if they fit this? Thanks guys!!! Well I agree about the DNA'ing being the only fool proof thing to do.
