Vintage Tractor Run

These are some pictures of my house this beautiful Sunday morning. This was a Vintage Tractor Run in aid of a childrens hospital, which started from my house and field !

 

 

These are my children and puppy Dot, and you can just see my house in the back.

 

 

This is one of my fields.

In all 116 vintage tractors took part. An amazing morning!

Thanks for sharing them picture siobhan,looks as if you had good weather for the tractor run.We have plenty of tractors down here in Sussex i dont mind them until you get stuck behind one on a country road :pinch:

Awesome!! What a cool way to support a charity! I LOVE TRACTORS!! LOL! But I worked on a farm for 5 years so I had to learn to love them!

Thanks for sharing that with us Siobhan, I grew up with tractors having lived my childhood on a farm and then my husband farmed for many years. Looks like you had good weather for it and it was for a good cause, hope it exceeded its goal:)

We had raised 16,000 before the tractors even left our house, and then there were buckets along the 29 mile route. So I think it was a good days work!
