this is angel. hes 7 years old. we just inherited him as his owner just passed away. hes in a bad way from feather plucking and he spent a long time in very poor living conditions.

Bless him Gail he sure does have plucking issues,I strongly advise a vet check to rule out any medical reasons for the plucking,if he has had poor living conditions,poor diet,no stimulation etc..these may well be a contributing factor to the plucking.here is a good link on plucking...
