Pumkin Seeds

I'm just making double sure they are safe to give my grey. She only gets them as treats once and a while. They are her most favorite things to eat. Actually likes everything, except her calcium block of course, and she HATES raisons(through them at me.lol). I scrape a cuddlebone into her food for calcium. Other than that she's on "zupreem" pellets I mix the regular and the fruited mix(it's very difficult to find harrison's)I figured if the vet advertises and sells "zupreem" they have to be good. Mahiri loves them. And of course the fresh veggies and boiled(with shell once a week).

Yes there perfectly safe,You may even like to roast them as a treat,

Grease an alumininum baking sheet with a minimal amount of pure vegetable oil. Please make sure that you do not use a non-stick baking sheet. Place the seeds on the sheet and bake for 30-45 minutes, turning them about every 5 minutes to prevent burning. Once the seeds are dry and toasty, remove them from the oven and allow them to cool. Then serve them to your bird :)
