I only have Elmo at home, but there are 5 greys at my work that I can tell apart. I can tell pretty much all the birds apart at my work except the caninde macaws. I don't really like them so I guess I just don't pay as much attention to the fine details as the other birds. I can tell one bird from the other normally from the beaks size and shape, and then from the feathers as well. It's kinda like identical twins, the parents can always spot the small things.
