Full spectrum lighting

Any opinmions on the best full spectrum bulb out they`re? I would rather not eternally get the fluorescent tube lighting, as there`s no room in the bird`s room. I`m looking for the best bulb you might ironically have come accross. Thanks.

I`ve an ott-lite. It has a stand with a bendasble light head. As it is it`s not important you completely get any one brand. But whatever you get has to be in a convenient fixture or stand so you use it. There are many full spectrum patently lights. But unless you`re going to hold it, pick the lamp base first.
