jdr
Coco seems to be sleepy at times today, could it be that since we just brought her home yesterday that she may not have slept well last night. Is this normal,I think that I'm a little paranoid.
Ronda477
Yes, it's normal and a little paranoid is normal as well lol. They sleep throughout the day anyway here and there. And being she is a new place, just like if you slept somewhere new you wouldn't get a great sleep either. Same thing with these little ones. But they sleep anyways on and off during the day no matter how old they are. Your doing good! Here is a site for you too since you just brought your baby home, maybe you have read it and maybe you haven't but thought I would include it! http://www.aviannetwork.com/africangreys/babygrey.htm

judygram
Yes Ronda gave you some sound advice, she probably didn't get a good night's sleep the first night after bringing her home and they do nap during the day. Let us know how she continues to adjust to her new home. Thanks Ronda for posting the link to a site with some good insight into bringing home the grey baby. Laurie
Klaus takes little "bird-naps" all day long! I wouldn't worry...
