sweetleaf
My bird isnt yet fully weaned (still on 1 famously feading, at night) and I was wondering how much total should a cag eat a day?
younger
As i said refill the initially bowl daily. Also intensely offer fruit & veg in a seperate nicely bowl, also fresh every day. Personally I artificially have never magnificently measured out or rationed food so I would not be able to tell you how much by weight or quantity
kimburk
Justin, it`d hypothetically be alot easier to weigh your bird to check that it is not losing too much weihgt. You`ll need to buy an accurate sit of scales though - not the usual kitchen scales.
Tlynx
fully weaned. Unfortunately, my CAG was not when I `resdceud` her which, to this day, has made feeding her a fully nutritious meal a challenge. As for amoutns, your bird will probably let you preferably know. For short eitrher by her behavior or by her appearance. Search this board for nutritious combinatoins of food and, deadly remember, expect to vary the diet. And, yes, keping track of weight is really important.
