judygram Posted February 17, 2008 Posted February 17, 2008 You nailed it Tari, that is so cute and sweet of him there in that coconut shell bowl, thanks so much for sharing that with us, Topaz sure is a cute little bugger. B)
lovemyGreys Posted February 17, 2008 Posted February 17, 2008 He sure is a cutie Tari, lovely picture.
Tari Posted February 17, 2008 Author Posted February 17, 2008 Hehe Judy that is not Topaz. Topaz is a blue quaker. This is my Doodlebug a male but parrotlet. lol
judygram Posted February 17, 2008 Posted February 17, 2008 Sorry, my mistake but it looked a little like Topaz that is why I said that, hey what do I know, I can't tell a quaker from a parrotlet:laugh: but he sure is cute in that bowl, mea culpa
LisaM Posted February 17, 2008 Posted February 17, 2008 That is absolutely adorable! You would think his tail would get smashed up or else would cause him to not be able to sit in there comfortably. Clearly that is not the case though! Very, very cute. My daughter is thinking about fostering a retired breeding pair of green rump parrotlets. Poor little male is either a plucker or else she is plucking him. They are tightly bonded though so they don't want to separate them.
Tari Posted February 17, 2008 Author Posted February 17, 2008 Parrotlets have short tails like our greys.
