Patience pays in the end....

Liath hated my hubby on sight from day 1, so 6 months ago he bought Oisin for himself. As soon as he got him Liath decided maybe hubby isnt so bad and got curious. But she still wouldnt step up, or take treats from him or anything. Then she started accepting treats... nice ones, not any ol' treat !

 

Then she started sitting beside him on the arm of the chair watching him play with Oisin.

 

And last night she flew over to him and sat on his shoulder for about a half hour :woohoo:

 

WOW! we are thrilled with her. He still can't pet her but anything is possible.

 

It just shows patience DOES pay!

Oh yes I totally agree patience is the key with these little buggars lol. Finally after 3 months I can finally have sweetheart sit with me and not fly away! So you go girl! For those who wait good things will come!!

Yep, we are so proud of her. She is still mean to my kids, my parents and my friends. BUT... she is getting better with my husband

 

But she absolutely adorable with me, so I don't mind!!
