Ronda477 Posted February 13, 2008 Posted February 13, 2008 I have tried and tried to bath SweetHeart! I lightly mist her from the top, the side every where and she just lets the water roll right off of her. Does anyone have any more ideas? She isn't plucking, but I know they need to bath. She tries to in her water dish about twice a week or so, but only gets her belly wet. I have tried to show her how much fun our Quaker has while she is bathing and she doesn't care! She wants nothing to do with the 7x11 pan with water or the water bottle. Any Ideas???? Thanks!!

Ronda477 Posted February 13, 2008 Author Posted February 13, 2008 Cool tracy I will try the toy in the water, I have tried the pan thing already and she won't go, but maybe the toy will work, found out she loves bells!
Tari Posted February 13, 2008 Posted February 13, 2008 I got Que to take bath by putting in a small bowl of water and putting veggies in the bowl. She would go after the veggies and get wet. It took her six months to figure out she could get really wet in the bowl. Now she takes a bath with no issues. She never did like to be misted.
Ronda477 Posted February 13, 2008 Author Posted February 13, 2008 lol well I will have to try the toy cause sweetheart doesn't seem to eat any veggies or fruits, at least it doesn't appear to be for how much she throws and is all over the place lol.
