charabeln Posted February 8, 2008 Share Posted February 8, 2008 We just found this site and are thrilled to find others who love greys. They are different from other parrots as you all know. Our grey is Pepper a congo 6.5 years old. We believe she is a female, although not sure, as she has not been officially sexed. Other "grey people" have suggested she may be female due to her size and head shape and vent feathers. She has not been wing clipped in about 1.5 years. She is only caged at night. She has access to her cage and large play area in our living room.I am home most days during the day and spend a lot of time in the same room. Her behavior has changed recently. Nothing new has happened as far as furniture or routines, stress levels etc. We have a pretty serene household. My post is more specific. We have 3 cats.
