Pomegranates: good or bad?

I buy them a few times a mmonth for myself, and for Charlie, and my Myers, Scooby. They both them them!

 

But the reason why I'm asking is because I've been checking on this site in the food section, and I havent seen pomegranates mentions.

I dont think they could be bad, but like myself, I give everything to my bird in moderation!

Pomes are good, very good but some members don't like to feed them to their greys for they are so messy and the seeds and stuff end up on the walls, floors and everything in the area they consume them in, makes a huge mess, but what the heck, cleans up with a little soap and water.:laugh:

They are a "Shower" only play food in my world :-)

Oh yes, their cages are stained red from the juices.......... I read here that you can feed baby food to them, so i went out and bought organic (labels were checked) sweet potatoes. Well, feeding them from a spoon, where do you think the sweet potaotoes went? ON ME! I'll try agian later......:unsure:

I feed Josey baby food with a spoon and if she has some on her beak, you guessed it, she flung it everywhere, but try some cooked sweet potatoes, my Josey loves them.
