Hi Ronda do you mean Brussels sprouts ?

i personally have never tried them , no human in my house likes them !

Brussels Sprouts Nutrition Info,

Brussels Sprouts contain good amounts of vitamin A, vitamin C, folic acid and dietary fiber. They are also a good source of folacin and potassium. One serving (1/2 cup cooked) contains approximately 32 calories. It is best to steam or briefly boil Brussels sprouts in order to preserve both the folate and the vitamin C.

here is a link on sprouting seeds if it was this kind of sprout ??!!

no not brussel sprouts. It is the sprouting seeds. And I already know how to do them cause the breeder sent instructions on how, was just wondering how many people feed them to their parrots was all.

I get a 15 bean mix at the store and sprout them. She loves loves loves them! lol Was just curious!

Good that was my next question lol that's why I wanted to know how many people actually sprouted seeds. Well these are beans actually. I buy a 15 bean mix at the grocery store and sprout them. Are they still good for her? Sorry should've been clearer never thought of brussel sprouts  lol

Did you know that sprouted seeds are rich in vitamins, minerals, enzymes & antioxidants.

Many people believe that sprouted seeds are one of the most nutrional foods you can give your grey.

Sprouted seeds are at their maximum nutrional value at the very beginning of the sprouting process. They may be kept in a fridge for a few days where they generally continue to sprout, i keep mine in a little clear bag ;)
