adoptedPaco Posted January 21, 2008 Posted January 21, 2008 Hi, adopted Paco a ten year-old timna. He was hatched here in Rochester, NY and bought by a single guy. Guy gets married, has three kids...I had ad on Craigs list "will take unwanted birds", he calls and I visit the bird. A week later the bird's cage is in my living room. He didn't even come to look at my house to see the conditions. I also have Chi Chi the sun conure, Tweety the yellow (lutino) lovebird, two children, two cats and four rabbits. :silly:
judygram Posted January 21, 2008 Posted January 21, 2008 How sad that the former owner had the bird for 10 years and just gave him up like that, but glad that you could take him in and give him a good home. I see you have a sun conure too, I have a sun and she is a delight to have.
