My GREY Needs LIGHT

Hey guys i am looking for the best lighting system for my grey any ideas.I do know about the light blubs uv and such.Just wondering whats the best product out there to keep my grey safe and well lighted thanks in advance for info.

We have full spectrum daylight lamps throughout the house, and they are on all day, even in summer (pause here for the usual grumbles about the English summer, like you know its summer, the rain is warmer). A bit odd to begin with, as they are the low wattage type and are blue not orange.

You can purchase many differrent types of full spectrum flourescent lamps from several manufactures of various wattages, enclosures and types for each specific situation.

Is 1 bulb sufficent for a bird or do you need a flood lamp .How much is enough light .
