baillor
Hi All, if you read my profile it tells you how much of a bird person I am. How I was adopted by all these babies it rather bizzare.:silly: All but one budgie (Fusspot)and Snapper my cockatiel came from my Sister. When she had to move down south I took in the lovebirds. Missy the budgie came from her daughter in law. She didn't realize How "messy" Missy could be!:pinch: Snapper was an escapee. A good friend was sitting outside and He walked up to him. Unfortunitly, I had just lost my Congo grey, Fortune, A female from an infection, she was only 3 years old. I was being stubborn and refused to take this stray bird in. Well to make a long story short, I finally gave in and after much soul searching went over to pick him up. The first thing the little bugger did was SPIT at me:evil: Hence his name Snapper. That was about 14 years ago. Mozart and Rainbow are with me because my sister's health isn't good. She adopted Mozart when he was not a year old and Rain since a hatchling. I have loved them spoiled them and was very happy to bring them back to New Jersey. My apartment is very cramped and noisy! But as you all know there isn't anything to compare to the love these beautiful smart pigarrots give us. At least I know growing old won't be lonely:blink:
