Tropical Storm

We were nailed by a tropical storm that knocked our power out for the last 2 days! Since we had nothing better to do we decided to take lots of pictures of all the destruction...I used the point and shoot, didn't want to get the new Nikon wet. Enjoy

Thanks Kristin for sharing these with us, very much unlike the usual paradise we think of when you mention Hawaii. Too much rain can be deadly and devastating. Glad you all were ok thru it and you got your power restored so you can be back on here to visit with us.

Wow Kristin, that was some storm and what a huge amount of water!!

 

During the Video, I could have sworn I heard makena Whilstle and then say "Shut the damn Door...I'm lifting off here!!!"
