Can anyone tell me the name of Ernest Hemingway's Africa Gray? Was it male or female?

I've never heard of Hemingway owning a grey...he's known for having the cats with six toes.

His parrot was probably a nervous wreck with all those cats (Some accounts say he had more than 50 of those extra toe cats)

LOL...oh yeah, for sure. I was searching online for the "parrot" that was asked about and your right, he had a ton of them. I got the mental image of hemingway as the crazy cat lady from the Simpsons...LOL.
