Jayd
Hi, it sounds to me like he is just calling for someone or some attention...Put a small cardboard box in his cage to give him something to chew on. He needs attention...sit down by the cage and read a book out loud to him. I doesn't matter what...get a chunk of carrot and put it between the cage bars. Leave a couple of small food dishes in there for him. Did he have a mate or another bird with him when you got him?
