Alaska Trip 9-04

Me and Valerie went to Alaska for two weeks in Aug and Sept 2004. Of all the places I've traveled to in the world this was a trip Never to forget, I hope to return there within the next few years.

Hope you enjoy these photos I chose from over 1200 that I took.

 

Landing in Alaska

 

Ice breaking off the Hubbard Glacier . Blue ice is because of lack of oxygen from years of pressure

Oh Joe, those are amazing shots, makes me more determined to someday visit there, I have never been to Alaska but have always wanted to go.

yes ,very nice joe. You really captured a lot of the things Alaska is. I see you went right by us in haines to Skagway
