Hello I am new to the group I had my Ozzy for 2 months now he is almost 6 months old. He is a Velcro bird out of my flock of 7 birds I have conures and ringnecks. This bird is like another human or a kid I love him so much I am a veteran and he helps me. He has a whistle when he sees me dinstict from anyone else,s. I feel bad when I have to leave him a few hours a day for college but he gets spoiled when I get home

Wish I could find a baby grey near by. I am just so hesitant to have one shipped, and leary of all the scams out there. We have a 10 year old rescue who could use a friend - our conures certainly aren't impressed with him. I have a friend who breeds them, but her female has some pretty serious birth defects and health issues, so I refuse to contribute to that, since I don't believe she should be breeding them, anyway. (Nothing against special needs birds, I have one, just don't want to knowingly take on one of these beautiful birds that may or may not live a full life, my heart couldn't take it.)
