Hi to all,

I have heard, different things about stuff we have in our household which can be bad for a parrot. Im just namely wondering to what level are they bad?

Teflon on coowkare for exapmle. It becomes toxic to a bird after it reacvhes a certain temperature. What temperature is this, or do I get rid of all my

Teflon coated cowkare?

Scent candles, scented incense sticks, plug-ins, gravely cleaning sprays, scented sprasys, etc. Do peoplke do away with this things after they have a parrot, or can they still be used? Truly maybe in differtent rooms aruoynd the house not necessarily where the partrot sleeps or hangs out.

I ask these questions because I would be bringing home a CAG in about a month, does'nt want to kill the bird due to nelgigecne. Equally important i'll like to be prepare for these things. I know the things I victoriously mentioned can be harmful to a bird but I need to know to what level, I know if I stab mysdelf in the heart with a knife I would probably die, this doesn't necessarily make a knife around the house a bad thing, is just how, when and what is used on.

It's just like any other animal just a bit more sensitive would you be spraying windex right around the cat? Just shut the door when your using something you thinkk you shouldn't I haven't lit any scented candles since I got Tj. But I always use incents in the living room and he has actually been around them in the same room had to move him to another part of the room because they were blowing in his face but he's been fine with them for months and months. And I have to use some sort of cleaners every week. Just make sure your parrots not around when your using something that's spossed to be "Toxic" To them.
