Rohan will let you do just about anything you want as long as he has something to hold on to. I think it gives him the feeling of being perched. I can let him hold a pen in one hand and file his nails on his other hand with a emery board. Once I am done just switch the pen to the other hand and repeat.

Yep, they like to have something to grab as a security blankie. I can get away with several tosses with Greycie on her back if I let her hang on to something. Usually she'll grab her tail feathers but it causes fraying which I don't like so I'll usually grab a pen too.
