Jb&picasso
Hello, I am new to the whole bird scene, but have an awesome support base to help me along the way. We (wife, kids and I) already have a "pocket parrot", but she surprised me with a 6 month old African Grey. My wife's father runs and owns a pet store and has had birds his entire life... Typically Macaws. To be honest I never liked birds before this one... Her name is JB (Picasso is the pocket parrot). Knowing African Grey birds are not for the novice owner I began to search the internet so I didn't have to fully rely on my wife (which grew up taking care of and breeding "exotic" birds) or my father in law where his specialty is Macaws. Anyways my search on bathing tips brought me here and I am glad to be a part of the community. I will get pics up when I can... Oh and she is a Congo and an absolute sweetheart.
