Talon Posted May 15, 2014 Posted May 15, 2014 This happened this week and only about 35 miles from my house. I am so happy for the family!! http://www.wggb.com/2014/05/14/neighbors-make-heartwarming-rescue-after-family-pet-goes-missing/
Ray P Posted May 15, 2014 Posted May 15, 2014 Being able to fly may have just saved her life lone enough to be found. This is the kind of great story you love to read about.
birdhouse Posted May 15, 2014 Posted May 15, 2014 Thanks goodness Rosa waited until it warmed up, too! Well, by New England standards, anyway. So glad they got her back!
Luvparrots Posted May 15, 2014 Posted May 15, 2014 Excellent ending! Thanks for sharing this happy story with us!
katana600 Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 i had to keep enlarging my screen to read that article. Thank you so much for letting us be a part of the happy ending. So few are this outcome and I can only imagine the heartbreak and devastation of that week of searching. So glad that family had such perseverance and single minded determination.
judygram Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 What a wonderful story but I didn't like the last sentence of the article because thats just stupid.
katana600 Posted May 17, 2014 Posted May 17, 2014 Wow. I was so emotional about the reunion, I didn't even notice that "expert" advice. I agree with your assessment Judy.
Acappella Posted May 20, 2014 Posted May 20, 2014 Yep, all happy tears until the stupid "expert" nonsense.
