This parrot is accountable (to no one!) for the kitchen's inventory, cleanliness, organization, and the ongoing training of its entire staff. A sous-chef's duties can also include carrying out the head chef's directives, conducting line checks, and overseeing the timely rotation of all food product.. SRSeedBurners Posted April 9, 2014 Author Share Posted April 9, 2014 The problem is, Greycie wasn't supposed to be eating nor prepping the head of broccoli. She will not eat broccoli. Head Chef (aka mommy), turned her back for a few minutes and then hollered for me to get the camera quick. The only other issue is, I know that the brocolli on the floor down there is sure to end up in whatever I'll be eating for dinner tonight.
