Timbersmom Posted March 14, 2014 Posted March 14, 2014 What beautiful videos and what beautiful memories for you! Thanks for sharing
BaileysPapa Posted March 14, 2014 Posted March 14, 2014 How great to be able to have offered your bird such natural moments. And have a record of them, to remember him enjoying them.
Luvparrots Posted March 14, 2014 Posted March 14, 2014 Thank you Sanggay for sharing Cocoa with us all these years. I miss this sweet grey and am so glad you have all these wonderful filmed memories of Cocoa. Cocoa was and still is a wonderful and sweet grey.
Ray P Posted March 14, 2014 Posted March 14, 2014 I had to cry when I read about Cocoa. I know you must be heart broken , but you gave her a great life as I know she gave back as much or much more to your life. She is truly missed by us that knew her through your videos and all the great pictures you posted on this form.
katana600 Posted March 14, 2014 Posted March 14, 2014 In your care, Cocoa had a full life experience with an abundance of love. All your videos show the pure adoration your family has for Cocoa. Your videos are beautiful and inspirational. There are so many people, young and old who have been touched by meeting Cocoa and your family. I smile at all the children on the playground learning about African Greys by the sensitive way you created opportunities for to meet new people. I take the greatest pleasure in watching from afar through this forum and greatly appreciate what you have shared with us. Your pain must be unbearable and fresh, yet you take the time to share beautiful moments with us to ease our loss of a flock member. You are a great example of a compassionate, creative and generous man. Thank you for touching us with your care of Cocoa and for sharing these beautiful videos.
dhorje Posted March 15, 2014 Author Posted March 15, 2014 I used to enjoy watching back the videos but now those videos have become painful memories. It has been over a month since Cocoa passed away. The pain still remains in my heart. It is so hard to go away.
JeffNOK Posted March 15, 2014 Posted March 15, 2014 I know how heartbroken you must be. I can only thank you and Cocoa for sharing with us all these years. I was always very happy to see you and your birds out in beautiful nature enjoying life. I'm so sorry you had to say goodbye too soon. Bless you.
Greywings Posted March 16, 2014 Posted March 16, 2014 Cocoa was very special to us all, we appreciate your sharing her stories, pictures and all your lovely journeys to beautiful places with her and with us all over the world.
Timbersmom Posted March 16, 2014 Posted March 16, 2014 You need more time. It may be months or even years, but one day you will be able to watch those precious videos and smile...
birdhouse Posted March 16, 2014 Posted March 16, 2014 Everything that reminds you of her is going to hard for a while. But eventually, all the beautiful memories that you captured will bring you joy for a very long time & you'll be glad for them. Even if right now, that seems hard to imagine.
kittykittykitty Posted March 16, 2014 Posted March 16, 2014 Thank you for sharing this amazing creature with us in your posts and videos. Pain lasts. Tears flow. Love and blessings. Howardine
