Breezy2013
We just put snow in the cup on Breezy's play gym. He is having SO much fun! He is eating it, playing with it, throwing it around and walking in it. Of course my husband managed to lose the digital camera again :-/ Bummer! Brat Birds
Since it is below zero and we have a few inches of snow - I think I will give it a try tomorrow. Please ask your hubby to find that camera!!
Breezy2013
He found it! Just got a picture of Breezy in bed in his fleece tent. Now to figure out how to transfer it from the camera to my computer and then into a post here. Give me some time, I will be posting a lot of pictures soon, I hope. Breezy2013
Two feet of snow? Wow, that is a lot! We are getting an ice storm tonight.
tankaray
No snow here in VA but our TAG will hoard ice if given the chance. He's tipped over a glass or two just to steal the ice cubes and then run off with them. The first time he got ahold of one , my wife thought his tongue was stuck to the cube like in the "Christmas Story". To tease him, I will sometimes freeze a peanut inside a small cup of ice to occupy him.
Breezy2013
That is a great idea! Mine loves almonds so I should freeze an almond in a cup of ice. Now we are getting an ice storm and our truck is stuck in the driveway. Lol! Our weather has been nuts!
kins2321@yahoo.com
We have two feet of snow. Getting ready for another foot! Sean constantly shows up with a snowball to eat. Sophie is always eating his snowball. I told him to invest in adding " flavor" to his snowballs... LOL! Nancy
Breezy2013
You are going to have so much snow! We got an ice storm so lost some of ours. Now everything is like a skating rink outside it's so slippery. Heading to the post office in just a bit to get the parrot pellets and foraging toy I ordered for Breezy. Hope he likes the toy. My macaw has one and she really loves hers.
Timbersmom
I brought a cup of snow in for Timber to try. He stuck his beak in once, squawked and gave me the "are you trying to poison me?" look...
Breezy2013
Lol! I got that look when I first introduced Breezy to his foraging toy. But about two seconds later he was playing with it, he figured that toy out so quick! He really likes it!
Timbersmom
Timber takes awhile to get used to most things. Unfortunately, a cup of snow doesn't last long enough for him to make the adjustment!
