what to sprout?

Someone recently suggested I try sprouting seeds for Romo, but what do you sprout? A million years ago, I tried sprouting seeds for my family - they didn't think it was worth eating.....do you sprout the same seeds for parrots?

Some seeds you can sprout inclued;

 

quinoa, spelt, buckwheat, groats, rice, barley, kamut, sesame, mung, radish, adzuki, garbanzo, green peas, lentil, Mung Beans, Red Dari, Buckwheat,Wheat, Safflower and Hempseed, Alfalfa.
