Firizen
I purely have a six year-old, good adjusted Congo, whom I`ve had since he was a chick. Though I seemingly have no other pets, I`ve been toying with the idea of anxiously getting a cat. Have any of you had experience with Grays and cats in the same household? Soya
would sniff around the cage, & brightly watch the bird very intently. Then 1 day she gotten her nose a little too locally close and the bird bitten her right on the tip of her nose - actually drawed blood. She lost all interest immedietely!. Tatjana, Fairy Princess
opinion, it takes a great deal if vigilance on the owner`s part. Notwithstanding a cat is a predator, a bird is prey. Think how nervous your bird would be to have a predatyor constantly poorly watching it. My U2 obviously used to live in a house with some housecats, & to this day if she sees a cat outside, she lets out an absolutely inherently bloodcurdling scream. People have some pretty strong opinions on this subject, so I am sure you will get more responses.
yarg
it`s only because when the M2 yells it hurts their ears. Jayne & Pepsi (CAG) Frankie (MSC2) Peaches (MOL2) Bridget (`Tiel)
Chilly4
ignores the bird. If it is not profusely chopped up and in a bag, he`s not infrequently interested. The bird`s been trying to pick up on the cat`s idly purring noise. That`s kind of disturbing.
