Walking the stairs?

Hey all! I was wondering, do any of your birds walk the stairs? Our African grey Dexter decided flying is too mainstream so he just started walking, and now every time we go upstairs he just walks along!

My birds all fly. In fact, if for any reason they fly to the floor they immediately fly up. No walkers here.

It's so funny how different they all are. 3 out of 4 here just love to walk around, and the other one NEVER even touches the ground!

Heehee, Bongo wouldn't walk or fly, he would insist on being carried. If i even try to set him on the floor, i swear his talons touch through my skin as his grip gets so tight.

What a cutie pie Dexter is climbing the stairs, no stairs here but Josey does get down on the floor and goes walkabout, she just recently regained the ability to fly and doesn't do it much for I doubt she has the muscles for it but if she wants to be with me she will climb down off her cage and walk to me.

Yes me too and occasionally when she goes walkabout she does almost a run instead of sort of waddling, wish I could capture it on video as it is cute as can be.

Sophie walks as much as she fly's. I don't think she likes one over the other. She will usually fly over the stairs to get to the second level, but walks mostly downstairs. If she wants to play " Tag your it... with Sean", she walks. If Ryan is home with his girlfriend and they are upstairs... she will fly! Ryan's girlfriend knows Sophie is MOST important. Ryan always treats her as "His most important girl!" His girlfriend has been around for six years, so she knows it is important to Sophie to be his girl.She understands Sophie's attachment to Ryan. Haha cool! She walks downstairs? Dexter does not seem to be able to walk down yet haha, he just waits untill I pick him up and carry him, lazy bird He doesn't like to fly down either, so once he got up he stays there

Sasha will climb up stairs, but never down. Sasha loves flying, but I actually don't think I have ever seen him fly up or down stairs, he will only walk up stairs. If he wants to go down stairs he will just sit at top of stairs whistling until I come get him.
