What is the best age to bring a baby grey home?

There is no set age to bring a baby grey home but its the right time when the baby is fully weaned and eating on its own, no one should ever bring an unweaned baby home for there is too many things that can go wrong if you don't know what you are doing. Some greys will be weaned early and some later, it depends on the individual grey, hope that answers your question.

Definitely when it is fully weaned for at least a week. My TAG came home at 4 months and my CAG at 5 months. They were both eating normally and my CAG, who is a big guy was eating and snacking on formula at night. I spoon fed him for 2 nights in the evening and then he just stopped. He really didn't need it as I said he was eating normally. I believe the breeder just provided the formula for comfort food as my CAG is somewhat of a "scaredy cat".

My Corky came home at 15 weeks.

We were given formula, but Corky wanted no part of it.

She was weaned, fully flighted and ready to raise hell.
