incubus1310 Posted August 30, 2013 Share Posted August 30, 2013 I'm a new owner of a baby African Grey, born June 1st. Her name is Ruby, and she fits right in with my adopted dog Jade. She already whistles, and steps up and down on my hand. She loves mango, kiwi, strawberries, broccoli and a few other fruits and veggies that I've introduced to her so far. She goes everywhere with me and is extremely friendly since I'm making it a habit of socializing her a lot as she's still young. She's not the first African Grey in my family though. My aunt's much older African Grey recently passed away a little over two weeks ago.
