Ray P
1. Amazon are known to be among the most proficient talking birds. 2. Chances are if you ever heard a talking parrot on T.V., That bird was an amazon parrot !! In fact other types of parrots have been "beak-synced" on T.V. programs when it was actually an amazon parrot voice that was being heard !! 3. The moat notable instance of this was on Animal Planet`s Puppy Bowl program in 2009. An African Grey Parrot named Pepper was purported to sing the National Anthem to kick off the game, but in actuality, Pepper was just mouthing along to a recording of a Yellow Naped Amazon Parrot named Boozle !!! JeffNOK
I love the way Amazon parrots sing. They are truly talented! Greys are not the best singers...at least my Gracie isn't. She sings a lot, bless her, but she is tone deaf.
