I like the idea of a boing or bendable rope threaded through the double rings on the right down to the crosswise perch near the bottom. If your baby's balance is being developed, it might keep it from swinging too much. If all the swinging toys are on once side and firmer perches are on the other you could see what preference he has and go from there. If you have a small stainless steel bucket or other sort of toy container, you could hang it on the lower crosswise perch and put some foot toys and foraging stuff in there for discovery when she gets ready to climb down there.
