danmcq
This cage is too small for a Grey. They call it a Large, but in reality I consider it a small cage. It would be a good size for a conure. You would want at least D - 90cm x W -100cm x H - 140cm cage minimum and that does not include to the top of the play area on top. Powder coating is what you want or stainless (Very much $$$$). Jayd
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Large-Bird-Parrot-Cage-Aviary-Cage-Pet-Macaw-African-Gray-Cockatiels-Portable-/400409975044?pt=UK_Pet_Supplies_Birds&hash=item5d3a4b5904 Is this cage ok? i thought powder coating was a no no If I may.... Some cages from China are constructed and placed outside where they gather rust and then they are powder-coated. The powder-coating can chip loose, your parrot can ingest some and get heavy metal poisoning. A second point is that not all powder-coating is created equal. When it comes to re-painting/powder-coating, some of the powder-coats used to re-coat the cage have zinc in their composition, which in turn can cause heavy metal poisoning. (Thanks Dan!) Thank you, Jay
