Is this cage safe

This cage is too small for a Grey. They call it a Large, but in reality I consider it a small cage. It would be a good size for a conure. You would want at least D - 90cm x W -100cm x H - 140cm cage minimum and that does not include to the top of the play area on top. Powder coating is what you want or stainless (Very much $$$$).

If I may.... Some cages from China are constructed and placed outside where they gather rust and then they are powder-coated. The powder-coating can chip loose, your parrot can ingest some and get heavy metal poisoning. A second point is that not all powder-coating is created equal. When it comes to re-painting/powder-coating, some of the powder-coats used to re-coat the cage have zinc in their composition, which in turn can cause heavy metal poisoning. (Thanks Dan!)
