Alternative to Pak-O-Bird?

Is there one? I see a man walking around my area with a neat little plastic type carrier that hangs around his neck and his Grey can stick her head out, I have been looking EVERYWHERE with no luck. Is pak-o-bird really the only option?

Im interested in a bird harness but im not sure Romeo would allow me to put it on him in one. Plus the little bugger nips at us if he get on our shoulders...

I didn't think Greycie would take to it at first either. It took three weeks before she finally settled down and then I got it on her. Another couple of weeks and she now just grumbly lets me put it on. Every time I interacted with her the harness was involved. I got a few hard nips in the process.

Just my opinion on the carriers trancework just posted: I bought one for Bongo, we used it one time. I got it in the summer and the whole time i was worried about him being to hot inside of it. It just reminded me of the kids frying ants in the sun under glass. I don't even want to sell it to recoup my money as i am afraid of someone buying it and not paying attention when they put their bird in it. Be nice in the winter i guess but a blanket over his new one works just as good.

That is my thought about those types of carriers also, if in the sun those could get very hot inside but that pak-o-bird is better in that respect but smaller.

I just bit the bullet a few weeks ago and bought the pak-o-bird for greys. I didn't find anything I thought looked as nice for my purposes and that I thought would be durable. That said, I still haven't managed to get Timber in it, but we are getting there (I hope)!
