Neytiri is Houdini

She gave me a heart attack today. When I came home she wasn't in her cage! The breeder door was open and no sign of her. I found her hanging out on her fav perch in the kitchen window. She was like what's all the fuss. I looked around and didn't find any messes except a couple droppings on the carpet in the dining room. Doesn't look like she chewed or got in to anything. I'm really surprised. (And very happy)

 

I'm glad she wasn't hurt and that she was a good girl. Hubby has since fixed the breeder door so hopefully it won't happen again.

I know that feeling of high anxiety when when you come home and find your grey not in the cage. The look they have as you described when you find them is cute. I am so glad all was ok and actions were taken to secure that door.

I know all about that breeder door thing, the food door thing and the water door thing.

Corky is on cage 3 because of that. One cage had a anti parrot latch on it , bur that did not stop her.

I'm just glad ans surprised she didn't get into anything. What really worries me is if butch gets out.
