Karen Wise
Y'all helped me with Como's feather plucking awhile back. That behavior has stopped and new feather's are coming in, but it seems like it is taking a long time for him get back where he was before the plucking started. How long will it take before Cosmo has all his feathers? The plucking was worse than I originally thought. A bath gave me showed me how bad it really was. Thanks Karen
judygram
It can take up to two years for all the feathers to be replaced so you will have to be patient but all good things take time.

Mickeys Mom
Mickey had a seriously bad clip from a groomer and I have been doing all the right things to help with new feather growth for the past 9 months now, but it just seems to take forever. He has since had to have a small operation to repair a split keel due to that bad clip and I vowed never ever to have him clipped by anyone but my Avian Vet again. We dont realise the severity of these actions untill its to late. I hope your parrots new feathers come out faster and that he wont pluck again.
