carlsjr Posted January 3, 2013 Posted January 3, 2013 its not much but it is my first successful trick i have trained her on. she pretty much bobs her head every-time i ask her "do you want it" I am giving her a human grade peanut. Costco baby $4 bucks for like a 5 pound bag of unsalted.
judygram Posted January 3, 2013 Posted January 3, 2013 Thats wonderful and human grade peanuts is fine for a treat but if you do it often in a day cut the peanut into several pieces so she doesn't overload on peanuts, she is one smart cookie.
carlsjr Posted January 3, 2013 Author Posted January 3, 2013 yea im working on that. going from big treats down to small.
mrsray Posted January 13, 2013 Posted January 13, 2013 how cool is that ... wow, nice I have been trying to figure out how to get my Wally to come to me, I'm gonna try this ... he loves truffles enough this just might work. He looks like he's wanting to fly over as I put them together if he is out of his cage to begin with LOL very nice video, thanks for posting it, I enjoyed it
kins2321@yahoo.com Posted January 14, 2013 Posted January 14, 2013 I LOVED Lunas trick! What I loved even more, was you being " tickled pink" I believe when parrents are amazed... they create an enviroment that is amazing for their birds. Nancy
