Luvparrots
I read at this site that it is from Care2 and Care2 is posted on Facebook. So before you sign anything you should check it out. I'm with Dave007, I would not sign anything if I don't know where it originated. My personal information is precious to me.

I'm with Dave007, I would not sign anything if I don't know where it originated. My personal information is precious to me. I'm not so quick to sign any petitions since I signed one a long time ago which had to do with PETA which is actually the biggest BS organization concerning animals. The petition I signed was pro PETA and I'm very sorry I did that. Lots of these so called petions are invented by extremeists. As a matter of fact, when a person visits many of these petition sites, there's instructions on how YOU can invent a petition whether it's legit or not. I'm starting a petition soon *Save THe Cockroaches who are cruelly sprayed with pesticides throughout The World*

carlsjr
I see no problem with selling dead animals to vet schools as teaching tools for our future veterinarians, even taxidermy has his uses. outrage not found, Did not sign. Dave007
I see no problem with selling dead animals to vet schools as teaching tools for our future veterinarians, even taxidermy has his uses. outrage not found, Did not sign. Good. Those so called *dead bird* ads on Ebay have to do with taxidermy which has been used for hundreds of years. Historic museums such a the Smithsonian and Museum of Natural history display taxidermed animals. People have their dead animals done in order to visually remember them. Ah well, just another petition done by an extremist group.
Morana
I can understand vet schools buying dead animals but I do not think they do it via e-bay. If you want to sell it to the vets and institutes then you offer animals to them-not via e-bay. The only thing with less taste would be if the seller had an auction for the birds:-(
judygram
I too am careful of what I sign but like Dave found, it is mostly for taxidermy purposes which I have nothing against since I live among "dead" animals, my home is filled with those visual remembrances. NOT A GREY
not sure if this works......... but this seller if you look at the items he has for sale....... it says these birds died of natural causes. well...... call me a skeptic but I highly doubt it! http://www.ebay.com/itm/Domestic-African-Grey-Parrot-Pelt-Skin-Feathers-Wing-Tail-Body-HOS9-/400342939078?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item5d364c75c6
NOT A GREY
I find this awful...... and I am a huge fan of taxidermy but when I see how much money people get for even the feathers of macaws I doubt they all died natural.
