lovemyGreys
Hi tiahtig, We have a welcome room why not come & introduce yourself to our members in there Wolf whistle seems a very popular thing with young greys.muttering away to them selves is quite normal, sometimes it is if they are practising words they have heard. If you use the search box which is above the post a new topic on the top of the page & type in "Talking" you will be able to read all the topics on greys talking. Guest briansmum
there are loads of threads on talking around here, do check them out. but the best thing to do to encourage talking is simply to talk to them ALL the time, repeating the things you want the to say a lot. i sit near my grey and tell him what i'm doing, i read posts from here to him, i talk to him about what i'm watching on telly, i tell him where i'm going when i leave the room and just generally have conversations with him.. all beit a bit one sided his first word was at 5 months, he's 8 now and i've counted 5 words since then aswell as tons i can't make out yet. muttering and mumbling are signs of learning to talk, and your grey will be about 5 months now right? which seems to be prime mumbling age!
