Sarasota Posted August 24, 2012 Posted August 24, 2012 Last night I noticed the boys were a little quiet in the aviary...and this is why. They will *occasionally* engage in feeding behavior at this time of year, although they are not a bonded pair (well, and they are both males). For those who only have one grey, you might recognize some of the behaviors!
Jayd Posted August 24, 2012 Posted August 24, 2012 This is far from unusual for Greys, this is very common, the matter that their male has nothing to do with it, it's more common then with females. Greys can be bonded to more than one person or one or more birds, they just have that special one, greys practice love as well as companionship and friendship, this is natural to them. Like humans, greys truly are complex.
