How is everyone enjoying the Games or not . And what did you guys think of the opening ceremony . Just interested as im from london

I have been enjoying them. It seems the TV has been all Olympics all the time. Having been a resident of Atlanta before during and after the Olympics in '96 .......How are YOU enjoying them from your side of the pond?

It's a little tough due to the time difference. Not being able to see things live is a bit of a disadvantage. I try to enjoy the evening showing of the events as if they are live but a few times I've made the mistake of looking at the msnbc web page for news and they give away results before I've had a chance to see the event. For example, I already know what is going to happen in gymnastics which we will be watching here right now. Frustrating!

I still enjoy watching the action even if I have heard the results. Opening ceremony went well and the volunteers changing the sets as they went was one of my favorite parts-clever use of people & scenery. I love Olympic years, just don't get to watch enough as I work and we don't have cable.
