The plucking Tiel

Remember this is not my bird so no trip to the vet. This picture is a week after starting aleo treatments and already had new feathers and less red.

Here is a close up. She has plucked some on the top of her wings and on her butt.

Think of naming this tiel so I can stop calling her the tiel. lol

Yes please Tari, keep us updated on this tiel, she should be be so much better for your loving care, and by all means name her for I think you have taken a real liking to her haven't you.

Ya even though she is not tame I love her coloring. She is a cutie pie.

She has new pin feathers at least two that I saw this morning and I have named her Vera.

Vera you are a naughty girl ! Tari her chest area does seem to have improved in the picture, but i wonder what goes on in her little head to start on a new patch.

You are doing good by her Tari, karma to you.

Well there has not been much improvement and right now it is to cold for spray her. So I have added the aloe to the water. I'll try to remember the camera and get new pictures of her today.
