Guest HeatherVT
So as I believe I have told most of you, Bird is an extremely picky eater... I went to trader joes and stocked up on goodies for Bird to make a batch of fresh foods that I could freeze. I made a few different varieties (different veggies together with different 'spices' - such as cinnamon) and some with a few apples added in and a couple other fruits... anywho - I offered it to him and he wouldn't touch anything - so I added in a whole egg and cooked it up - he enhaled it! Look at this happy guy:
Jayd
That's Greyt. Remember you need to limit the egg yoke to only a couple of times a week, egg whites no problem...Greys have a problem with high cholesterol as do humans. This is what cause the death of Alex at such a young age......Thanks
judygram
Sometimes we have to use a little ingeniuty to get our fids to eat what we want them to, clever girl Heather and I see Bird eating healthier more and more often now that you know how to make that happen.
